  • Maverick Training Center is located at 450 S John Paul Rd, Milton, WI 53563.

  • At each practice, your wrestler can expect:

    • Engaging start: Every session begins with a game to build energy and focus.

    • Dynamic warm-up: Gymnastics-based movements that lead into stance and motion.

    • Technical instruction: From positional awareness to proven techniques in neutral, top, and bottom.

    • Scalable skills: Live wrestling focusing on techniques that work for wrestlers from youth through the collegiate level.

    • Youth Freestyle Wrestling Training: Monday/Thursday, 5:30-6:30PM

    • Elite Freestyle Wrestling Training: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday, 6:30-8PM
