Maverick Training Center is located at 450 S John Paul Rd, Milton, WI 53563.

At each practice, your wrestler can expect:

• Engaging start: Every session begins with a game to build energy and focus.

• Dynamic warm-up: Gymnastics-based movements that lead into stance and motion.

• Technical instruction: From positional awareness to proven techniques in neutral, top, and bottom.

• Scalable skills: Live wrestling focusing on techniques that work for wrestlers from youth through the collegiate level.

• Jr. Mavs: Mon/Wed, 5:00–5:45 PM 

• Mavericks: Tue/Thu, 5:00–6:15 PM 

• Maverick Elite: Mon–Thu, 6:00–8:00 PM
